Their website is a dumpster fire. There's an issue with the site where if you click on a promo tab, the search bar will only search in the promo tab. So when you go to search for a part, it says there is no part available no matter what you look up. This has been an issue for at least 2 years now. Never been fixed. And if you have to reset your password, unless your email address is listed in their erp system (which is also a dumpster fire) you won't be able to change it unless you can get whoever's email is listed in their system.

You can only have one email address on file also. You can't manually add or remove shipping and billing addresses you have to call in to do so. It'll take 24 hours for the change to take effect though. The site is a hack job. You'll never talk to the same customer service person because they quit. So if you are working with someone and call them the next day, they'll probably be gone. Stay away. A huge cluster this place is.

Not an honest person in the whole company. Terrible customer service from management on down. Simpson Power washer broke within a week. They sent me to an authorized dealer to repair but wont supply the part (pump) to fix it they want to rebuild the one I have but they don't have the rebuild kit. It's been over six weeks with no resolution.

Ordered a simple weed trimmer blade. Been waiting about a month now for my item. When I emailed them asking where's my item they gave a short one line giving me the tracking number. No apology no explanation. I paid a premium for UPS shipping because they ship as they please. I was given no shipping option. Turns out they sent it the cheap UPS way where it was handed off to the USPS parcel post.

I'm in Hawaii. PP is slower than a turtle getting here. And now I read reviews complaining of getting the wrong item. Am I going to have to deal with THAT too? Arrrrrg! NEVER EVER DEALING WITH THIS OUTFIT AGAIN!

By far the worst customer service experience I've had to experience. Very disorganized, dishonest sales reps, spewing lie after lie, inaccurate information given multiple times. No one could tell me where my product was ($4000 worth of product), I had to wait over 3 months for it, AFTER payment. No one could tell me when it would ship. When it shipped, they put in the wrong address, even though I verified it with the rep.

When I called about it, they straight up lied. The rep pretended he was reading the correct address off the screen! It's very tough to get hold of a supervisor or a manager, and when I did, they just lied like the sales representatives did, protecting each other. Very disappointed in this Kohler distributor. I will certainly take my business elsewhere. I would strongly advise you take yours elsewhere as well.

They mislead people then refuse to work with them. One order I made they told me order a certain dollar amount and the freight was prepaid. So I did only for them to come back and say oh no this line doesn't qualify for that after I asked up front if we could combine that line and another for the total. So I place another order only for them to back order a $6.39 piece and charge me $10.96 shipping on it because THEY did not have it to begin with. Needless to say I see no need in another order. When I told them to cancel my account they did not care one bit. Did not even try to come to a solution.

A model of inefficiency! They are perfectly happy to take your money the moment you place an order, but their warehouse doesn't even pull the order for 10-15 BUSINESS days! Meanwhile, their website says that orders will arrive within 7 to 14 days. Customer Service has nothing to say but, "Sorry." Yep. You're right. You're a sorry, sorry business. Hire yourselves a Lean advisor and get out of your 1960's mindset.

I ordered a part on 5-17-2018. It is now 5-30-2018 and my part has not yet shipped. I contacted customer service. They gave me a generic answer it would be at my address within 10-14 business days. Um. Its been 13 and hasn't shipped yet. How am I supposed to receive it in 1 day. I have pictures I will post along with this review proving it. I see others have had the same problem.

Crooks! They claimed they had shipped a order I attempted to cancel 2 hours after placing. Shipping label shows wasn't shipped for 2 more days after call. After calling several times finally got a RMA. because they slow boated the return took over a week to get a form that could have been emailed, now its been a additional 3 weeks since returned checked UPS tracking found they have had returned part for over a week.

Still no return to my credit card. Even funnier the part cost was actually only 5 dollars difference between buying a complete unit. I have probably paid that in interest while waiting still to get a return.have been on hold for 37 minuets as I write this review.

Ordered replacement bits for my Ryobi. It's been a week and they still haven't shipped them. Upon calling the rude customer service representative said they reserve the right to hold processing and shipment for 10 days. The payment already cleared my account. I will not do business with these folks ever again. Rude and obnoxiously lazy.

I called this company for a replacement part. I provided them with the part numbers from the manufacturer. I received not only the incorrect part, but a used part! When I tried to return it they said that I would have to pay for return shipping and there would be a 20% restocking fee. I was only refunded about half of what I originally paid because they said it was my fault since I had provided the part number.

I provided a number for a part I never received. I found out (after receiving the part they sent me) that the part I needed was out of stock and discontinued. So basically they shipped something close to the part I needed just to make a sale. Dealing with this company was a horrible experience. I would not recommend calling them for anything unless you are in the mood to have customer service argue with you.

It wasn't just one guy, it was 3. The original pinhead who placed the order incorrectly, the rude customer service person, and the extremely rude (could have been OJ Simpson's attorney) supervisor who blamed me. Just because you provide someone with a part number does not ensure that they with place the correct item in a box and ship it. I never write bad reviews but this company deserves it. Hopefully, they will close their doors and take on a task they can handle.perhaps Walmart greeters.
