Advanced Irrigation

If you want someone that knows sprinkler technology and also knows how to treat Customers then give Advanced Irrigation a call. I recommend them and have hired them for several years with fine result.

Jeff installed my well and irrigation system before I bought the house. He has been extremely helpful and friendly to work with when problems have arisen. He not only solved any problems but has gone above and beyond and helped me find a solution for the rust from the well As well as figure out some other things with my yard. He is friendly, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services

The technician showed up on time and was very nice. He replaced 2 valves and a sprinkler head in about an hour. My sprinkler system is now ready for Summer and I couldn't be happier. Would use them again and recommend to anyone. Thanks!

First thing I did when I moved into this house was to use the lawn mower to "remove" a couple sprinkler heads. The system had been shut off, the owner said it worked, but it wasn't a priority to get it going as a busy schedule dictated other things. I finally made a call to advanced irrigation, and with their busy schedule the appointment was a couple of weeks out.

The tech showed up on time, which I highly value, was courteous and professional. I explained I knew where the shutoff valve and controller locations where, but nothing other than that as to if or how it worked. He quickly checked the valve, turned it on, and started testing the zones. There were sprinklers popping up in locations I had no idea they were in after living here for over 3 years.

I asked about a more modern controller, and he gave me a recommendation for a WiFi controller unit I could purchase from Amazon, then went about his job replacing the broken heads and adjusting the others. I am very pleased with the service, knowledge and professionalism of the gentleman from Advanced Irrigation and I would recommend them to anyone with a home sprinkler system.

Thought I would at least call for a bid. Took 3 calls to get a return call to try to set up an appt Then nothing, no return call the next day to set up appt. They must not want new business, why would I use a company to install new system on a half acre when they can't even return calls or set up bid appt.

Today Antonio came to tweak our system after we added some new landscaping features. He made suggestions as to what kind of sprinkler heads would do what we needed done. He made me aware of a new type of head that fit the bill exactly. He was courteous, punctual and neat. He obviously knows his stuff! I am 100% satisfied. We have used this company for years, and will continue to do so.

Thank you Don for making this family SMILE! We called in with an irrigation "pump" that had stopped working (therefore not watering our lawn or flower beds) during a busy time - sunny summer in Seattle.(read as green grass will quickly turn to irreversible brown). With no concrete date for service set.just that they would hopefully be able to get to us within a week. Don, one of the owners appeared in my backyard the next day!

Of course I was delighted to see him, and he walked me through how to remedy the issue. Don, the pump actually ended up priming itself later that eve when my husband came home and we talked about what needed to be done. Voila, the line cleared itself and we are on to greener pastures! Thank you for your prompt service! Very, very nice man!

We had a multi-zoned irrigation system installed late last summer (2014) by Advanced Irrigation. The crew was thorough, friendly and easy to communicate with. Following installation, sprayer adjustments were needed and they came out right away. We have been very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.

The office followed up with me and wanted to make things right, I really appreciated their follow-up. Dena is the best! As I said before I will work with them again, just a different guy. They also worked on my neighbor's system and she was very happy.

We have been (trying to) use this company for about a year since we bought a large property. We have 26 zones on our property. No matter how much I beg, and explicitly say I need them to stay for more than an hour or two, they will not schedule me for longer. I have to call three, four, four, five times to get them to come out and then they leave without finishing the job and I have to fight all over again to get them to return. I've had a broken pipe for three months that I've been waiting and waiting for them to return and fix.

All the landscaping in that zone has died, costing me thousands of dollars. STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK, DENA! My last conversation consisted of me BEGGING her to schedule me for long enough for them to finish the job and her saying that would mean a WHOLE DAY and they don't do that. So if this is the kind of company you want to deal, that doesn't want your business, then by all means call!

Been very displeased thus far after switching my annual service to them recently.

Received commendable service in repair of two punctured sprinkler lines.

Good company, but they certainly need more people answering their phones. I've called and called, keep leaving messages, haven't heard back from them. I have to believe they need more people in the office. VERY FRUSTRATING! We have a problem that their people caused, and I really want them to fix it. But I can't communicate with anything other than the answering system!

Advanced Irrigation is an irritating organization which provides mediocre service. They typically give less than 48 hours notice for our semi-annual service calls, are unable to provide better than a 4-hour target for appointments, miss problems during regular maintenance, and have a difficulty keeping their records in order. (It took repeated calls over more than a year to persuade them to change our billing contact.) They're exquisitely courteous and apologize graciously for mistakes (no doubt they get lots of practice).

In my experience of some years, the only thing they do well is send a bill. I'd drop them in an instant given a superior option, but have had no luck finding a Seattle company interested in dealing with a small installation such as ours. AI gets the job done, more or less, but they aren't a pleasure to work with.
