Scheduled an electrician and plumber at the same time to have a new pool pump installed as well as replacing the plumbing for the new pump and fixing a leak in my kitchen sink. Electrician part was good however the "master plumber" had an attitude when he first arrived with his helper. We asked for hard piping instead of flex and it was like we asked him for a miracle.
He took measurements and said it would be difficult. Once measurements were done he said he would have to go after some parts. 3 hours later and no call nor did he return. I called the office and was told "he was only there for a quote. I explained to her that he told us he was getting the parts needed and would return, she took my number and would call me back after contacting the "master plumber." No call back, they then emailed a quote for $1000 worth of labor and almost $300 to repair a leak in my kitchen sink " he never went in my house to look at the problem but was quick to "quote " a cost for faucet replacement when i neededed a leak fixed.
His email interpretation was "he simply did not want to do it!" $1000 for labor! Quoted a price for a kitchen sink leak without even taking a look at it first. Lady at the office said "he is the master plumber and knows what he is doing." Needless to say we will NOT be using them again. Do not waste your time!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Terrible company to do work with. It's pretty sad when you hire a master plumber and you have to do most the work your self and to top it all off I paid this company almost 5 grand to couple some 1 inch poly pipe they are a total rip off I definitely wouldn't recommend this company very unprofessional Service: General repairs

The Service First Pro professional that came out to find out what the problem with the toilet was was professional, courteous, and on time. He assessed the problem and fixed it in just an hour and did NOT leave a mess. I also needed a quote for some additional work. He could have let me go with my original plan but instead he recommended something that would work better and save some money. I recommend Service First Pro for all of your jobs, big or small!

As a new resident of Texarkana, I really lucked out when I found Service First Plumbing. I live in an old farmhouse build in 1942, with plumbing from 1942. Needless to say my existing plumbing is in a very delicate situation. Old galvanized pipe and not a budget to replace it all at this time. But every time that a leak has been discovered, Service First Plumbing has been 'Johnny on the Spot' and has promptly repaired the current leak.
As we move into the winter months, I will keep them on speed dial, in the event that leaving my water running during the freezing weather does not keep my pipes from freezing. Call them with all of your plumbing needs, you will not regret it.

First call 2 years ago: we had an intermittant clog at kitchen sink. Explained it on the phone, guy showed up, "its not clogged now, you owe the trip fee $90." Second call this week: we have an object stuck in the vanity drain line, need a camera to see it, need it retrieved. Guy shows up, camera wont fit in the drain line. Guy says, " we can TRY to force it farther down the drain for $282. Told them, "no, dont TRY." You owe the $90 trip fee.
Both times i explictly explained my problem and both times the plumbers were not equipped or not able to solve the problem. First call was solved by me later using an upstream cleanout and a rented auger. Still have an obstructed vanity drain.

Great service. They came out, fixed the problem within an hour of being here and was the cheapest i have ever paid for plumbing services. Great personality and very respectful. I would like to give a shout out to Manuel, the plumber that came to our house, extremely experienced plumber that went straight to the problem, answered any and all questions my wife and i had, and was very polite and respectful. I had a stopped up bathroom sink. Service Pro has been running a newspaper ad for $99.00 for unstopping a drain, so I gave them a call. When I spoke to the operator I asked if they still had the $99.00 special she said yes but there was a $39.00 setup fee. The operator transferred me to the plumbing operator and I gave them my information. Then the plumber arrived he looked at the sink and said I will have to get on the roof and that will be $248.00.
He did not check anything out but immediately went to the $248.00 price. When I asked what about the $99.00 special he replied no because he had to get on the roof that was the standard fee. I was shocked about the price and that he did not check anything out but immediately when to the higher price. I declined the work and paid the $39.00 I called another plumber and he came out an assessed the stopped up drain, got his auger out to got thru the wall.
He had the drain cleared in about 20 minutes and the charge was $85.00 I believe Service Pro was trying to take advantage of me because of the $39.00 set up fee and the $248.00 bid on the job. This happened October 2018
