Years ago I designed my entire home using this store and talked the builder (major builder) into switching their electric supply vendor to Bright Light. They Never even acknowledged or said thanks. Years later (today) I go back and get greeted like I am a no body. I was dressed down as it was my day off and I guess they though I didn't have money? immediately mumbled greeted like I didn't matter. Horrible customer service. I would never go back. Sales girl didn't even get up from her seat

This is a fantastic store to visit for inspiration. There lighting fixtures are like works of art. My wife and I recently visited and the staff was phenomenal. Although forewarning the prices in this store are higher than other stores with lighting because this is more of a design high-end high-quality pieces. Although we didn't end up buying anything when we visited we wish we could have.
