I would give them zero stars. I had to click one in order to post. It took 3 months to get our light delivered, past our construction time with our electrician, Whitmer installed, light did not work. They say they are replacing but we are again another month out. Still no light. Whitmer only checks on the status of the order when we call. We tried to give our business to a local, small business.

Other items we ordered online and have had no difficulty with the quality of the item or the customer service if a return was necessary. This has been a horrible experience for one light.

Whitmer's Lighting (especially Pam!) was the ONE bright spot in a nightmare of a condo build here in Westlake. Pam was a huge help in every step of the process of choosing lighting for our new condo. Even through all the changes I made, she was so great. She even stopped by on her way to work one day so I could get her opinion on my dining light fixture. All the people I dealt with from Whitmer's were great! It is SO refreshing to see a place of business that still values customer service and satisfaction.

I've purchased lighting from Whitmer three times in the last 5 years. Each time I found it to be a positive experience. The customer service was always excellent, products arrived on time, and I have loved every piece I've purchased. When I'm looking for a quality lighting product, I always shop Whitmer's first.
