Services
Physical therapy is not only for those recovering from an injury or surgery, but is also beneficial for anyone who is experiencing pain or dysfunction. Because physical therapists are experts in movement and function and the musculoskeletal system, a good physical therapy program can help with injury prevention, loss of movement, muscle imbalances, screening for potential problems, and instituting preventative exercise programs.

This was my first time going to PT and they made the experience excellent! I worked with Byron and Randi, and they were both highly professional in the treatment and also educating me in my knee pain. They give at home exercises and changed them depending on your needs. You only get better when you put in the work. For me, I started going twice a week, one hour per session.
The first day, they did an assessment to see if I needed an x-ray for my injury or not. Luckily, there was no need. They immediately put me to work with band exercises and stretches. The first couple weeks, I didn't notice much of a difference. In fact, I felt like things got worse before it got better. But it definitely changed my cycle of how my pain behaved.
They then changed my routine a little and I started seeing marked improvement. PT definitely takes a bit of patience. I didn't see improvements until about 5 weeks in. Then I started running again, and the pain eventually stopped. I love the fact that they educate you on your pain and how to manage it. Truely a long term solution. Just have to put in the work.

I came here twice a week for about 2.5 months after a shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum and tighten the joint capsule. Unlike PTs I've been to before, Epic was attentive, hands on, and dedicated my entire appointment time to helping me get better. They didn't just give a handout of exercises to do, the folks at Epic spent a lot of time manually helping with things like range of motion, massage, and dry needling.
Apart from the PT itself, everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and you get to know the staff who work there. I hope to not require PT again, but if I do I'll go back to Epic. Special thanks to Byron and Ranndi who worked with me at almost every appointment!

I saw Byron and Randi at the Epic location off Garner road for a hamstring strain that I tried to ignore for months hoping the pain would go away. I don't like taking medication and the pain was getting so bad I could barely tie my shoes. I have had physical therapy before with good results so I made an appointment which was easy and convenient. After several weeks of working weekly with Byron, my pain subsided and my functioning returned.
The exercises he gave me between sessions were reasonable and effective. I have no discomfort whatsoever now and know how to take better care so that it doesn't happen again. I highly recommend Byron and Epic Physical therapy.

I came to Epic because my Plantar fasciitis was bothering me. The staff was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. I worked with Randi and she has my foot feeling like nothing ever happened. I had no idea what plantar fasciitis was or how to fix it but they did and my foot no longer hurts. Highly recommended!

This is the third PT place I've been to for nagging upper hamstring tightness. Guess third time is the charm because the amazing people here have gotten me back to doing what I love. The combination of deep tissue massage, joint mobility, dry needling, strength and balance work, and take home exercises made all the difference. Thank you Epic PT!

Epic has been incredible! I had never done physical therapy before so I was really nervous going in. The team here is super caring and personable and also impressively qualified/educated. I've learned so much about how to take care of myself and am back to feeling like I can enjoy the activities that I feared I might not be able to do again. I'm super thankful for my experience here and highly recommend Epic.

Ranndi has been a great physical therapist. I've had shoulder problems for 50 years, finally starting to hurt all the time and interfering with sleep. She has been very patient with me and helped me see improvement I wouldn't have believed a month ago. Can't say enough good - wish I had tried it a long time ago! The Epic studio is spacious and well equipped. A very positive and cheerful vibe from all the staff.
