I will definitely do business with them in the future, however, I DID have an issue with the sales person who was not very responsive. Didn't return calls or emails, so I had to deal with the manager, Mr Paulson. He was amazing and helped my fix my issue. Because of him, I will shop there again and highly recommend Farrey's.

Worst company ever, won't take back a return that came broken in the first place. They refuse to answer calls and could care less about customer service. Stay away from this place, they are rude and obnoxious

Worst company ever. I would never go to Farreys again or send anyone. I asked them to sell me only what was available immediately meanwhile my order which came in bits and pieces took 4 months. The plumber cost me a lot more money because of that and it got very confusing. They also messed up my order by not ordering 2 faucets and ordered me an extra shower head when all along they made it sound like everything was correct.

When I spoke to the manager about everything he promised to call me back which he didn't and the salesman Joe Reynolds Who is no professional told me the manger has nothing different to tell you so I guess that's why he didn't call you back. The customer service was horrible and Joe Reynolds and the manager do not keep their word and I spent a fortune their.

Terrible service! I've been sending emails asking for information about some products (because the manufacturer recommend it), and never got an answer. It seems that you can not ask, you need to buy it to get an answer. I got my spare parts from another company in Chicago.

A pleasure working with Farrey's. Their prices are great and working with Randy is easeful and efficient, he is very knowledgeable. As a designer this is hard to find, so I will come back whenever I can.

Update 2/14/2022 GM Mr. Paulson was amazing on followup, at the end of the day the issues were with supply chain and manufacturer, although we waited for nearly 4 months for our desired faucet, the follow up improved drastically. Thank you for a diligent follow up and for our awesome beautiful faucet. Update 11/16/21 GM has been very diligent in making sure this order gets fulfilled, excellent follow up and attempt to source the missing faucet. Suggested some alternatives as well, this is the type of service I would expect from company like Farrey's. Update: 11/13/21 Called Farreys, reception transfered me to GM who reasured all will be taken care of, will keep updating on resolution.

While the supply chain is the issue, not keeping customer informed is a fault of the sales team, especially if every sales person has an assistant that supposed to do all the follow up. Original Post 10/9/21: purchased a rather expensive faucet on October 9th, sales woman, let her stay nameless, stated it is in stock and we should receive it next week (Oct. 16). It is Nov 12th. One of the worst follow up experiences.

Exceptional is only one of many adjectives I could use to describe Joe Reynolds, Farry's sales expert. I and my family are long-time customers of Farry's. Mr. Reynolds' customer service, patience and follow through really helped me during my shopping experience. His thorough knowledge about the products ensured me that I was making the best decisions related to my remodeling needs. Mr. Reynolds was always available to me as well as my contractor. We had an awful experience with Farreys, and it was actually surprising because we had remodeled two apartments and our overall experience was wonderful. We came to buy to faucets for our sinks, and after paying and waiting for more than 30 min they realized that they did sell the last two to other people. No one knew and it was in the system! And the store was empty! Before that, it took forever to find out prices and existence of products. Never coming again.

Farrey's Lighting & Bath is an amazing North Miami resource for beautiful and tasteful lighting fixtures, bathroom and kitchen hardware, decorative mirrors and more. As we decorate our new home, , we have found salesman, Manny Zuniga to be a very talented designer and sales person for all of our needs. Manny's designer eye always identified the perfect chandelier or light fixture for each space.

He didn't hesitate to tell us if some of our selections wouldn't work design-wise, which we respected. I highly recommend Manny and Farrey's to anyone looking for reliable design, good selection, and pricing.

Typically I wouldn't leave reviews but this is very much needed to be said. The only reason I am even giving 2 stars is because the delivery drivers Harry and Shano, they are the most pleasant experience we ever had, they are both so nice and always a pleasure speaking to BUT everything else with this company is HORRENDOUS. My husbands company makes multiple purchases from this company and it's always the same issue, the customer service is EXTREMELY RUDE, they don't know what their doing and have NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER. We are definitely looking to purchase elsewhere after this project. STAY AWAY

I bought my first home, and it's been chaotic for me.until I got to Farrey's. Ask for Joe. He's a rockstar lifesaver. He was able to isolate my all issues and find me the greatest solutions all in under two hours. It was taking me WEEKS to do on my own. Their selection is incredible, their prices competitive, and the customer service is unlike anything I've ever experienced. There is nowhere else you need to go for all your bath, lighting and home needs!

(I just shared the following review a moment ago under the Coconut Grove show room. But I'm not certain which show room actually fulfilled this order as it was a phone order. So I am re-posting it here for the north Miami show room, too.) I used a particular light fixture in a remodel a couple of years ago that I absolutely adored. I looked online for it and discovered it had been discontinued and was no longer available.

So I continued searching and found it in stock at Farrey's. Although they are not specifically an online retailer, they were happy to accommodate me, going and looking in the warehouse to see if they had it in stock, to make sure the boxes weren't mashed up and then to send it to me up here in Michigan. Joe Barone is the sales person who helped me and he really went above and beyond the call of duty to fill the order.

The package arrived the other day, everything in perfect condition and I can't wait to use this light fixture in a new house that we're building! Thank you so much to Joe at Farrey's.

Love this place! Great selection of bathroom fixtures., vanities, bathtubs. Awesome showroom. Great selection of mirrors. Beautiful lighting options. Been coming for years. Never disappointed. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend this place for all bathroom, lighting needs. I will definitely be coming back.

Ran into this place by coincidence. Wasn't expecting to find a giant light museum! It was just fun to go and look at everything! They have every possible option for any lightning needs! The staff was very nice and cordial! Multiple times asked if we needed any help, or if we needed anything! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a light or to kill 30m browsing!

BEWARE RETURN POLICY We specifically asked about return policy *before* we paid for a light fixture. We were told they take returns within 30 days with original receipt/packaging. When we later tried to return the unopened merchandise we were told there would be a 25% restocking fee. Salesperson then said we could avoid the fee if we exchanged item for something else, but when we got to the store he said management refused to waive the fee even if we purchased another item.

Then he said it's supposed to be a 35% percent restocking fee but they're "willing" to do 25% (huh?). Also we bought this light right off their shelves, it was already in stock not specially ordered. Again, we asked before purchasing if we could return and no one mentioned fees. The whole experience just felt shady and unaccommodating. **UPDATE**Since we posted this review the owner of the business reached out to us and offered to refund us for the total amount paid.

Liars! This place does a great job helping you pick things out for your home and then completely lies about delivery dates. Our sales rep was well aware of our deadlines and made it seem like she was helping us pick things that would be able to arrive in a timely manner. 90% of the things came extremely late! We ordered a light fixture for our bathroom and only 3 weeks later were told that it was discontinued!

A part of our bathroom shower temperature control was missing when it arrived, our plumbers were able to install it but we weren't able to change the temperature due to the handle being missing. They have been promising us for 2 months now that the company will be directly shipping us the part to our home! That's 2 months I haven't been able to take a shower in my own bathroom!

Today I finally called the company directly and they were able to ship me the part free of charge that will arrive in 4 days! In hindsight I would never ever give this place any sort of business again! They have a beautiful showroom but that's where it ends! They lie lie lie about everything!

I went to Farreys Coral Gables twice(first to buy lights then to buy door handles). Both times I had a horrible experience with the salesman. Their bad humor and lack of attention made me promise to myself I will nrver try to buy from them again. Worst experience!

Beautiful showroom. Excellent inventory and helpful personnel. Prices are not cheap but the selection and choices are tremendous. There is nothing you cannot find here. They recently added a bathroom and kitchen section. and it is fabulous. Check it out if you are renovating your home.

I bought my lighting here over 16 years ago. These were some timeless pieces and they are still holding up like new. I am looking to make some upgrades for the outside so I know I will find something to my liking here. My last last lamp purchase from our local hardware store did not hold up to well and rusted out. This place is not cheap but you cannot compare the selection here with your usual store.

If you are looking for lighting you will feel like a kid in a candy store here. They also have hardware for cabinetry, vanities and some furniture pieces. If you need help with selection ask for assistance they have trained personnel and many catalogs.

There is no place like Farreys for lighting and bath. Yes it's expensive but it's toward the higher end so that's part of the deal. Still the staff is not just knowledgeable they are really helpful and nice. Really worth a little extra for better quality, stuff in stock and knowledgeable staff.

Wendy Torres from Farrey's was extremely helpful when I contacted them to buy a chandelier for my company. She followed up with emails and phone calls throughout the entire time that I was waiting for my chandelier to ship. Great customer service and very polite and helpful. I will definitely go to Farrey's again!

I have nothing but good things to say about Farrey's. A ceiling fan we purchased stopped working and, quite frankly, expected to have phone call after phone call of arguments (to get a new one). But quite to the contrary - without blinking an eye, said they'd send a new one and just asked that I return the old.(even supplied a return label so I didn't have to pay for shipping).

I did get a bill for the new fan - and when I called to question this bill, they said to disregard.it must have gone out before they received the broken one. Each and every person I've dealt with at Farrey's has been polite and more than willing to help. Refreshing indeed! Besides the huge selection of items.the customer service, alone, will have me coming back to deal with them again.

I ordered a fixture from here over 2 months ago. The manager, Joe, said it would take about 6 weeks to come in. Now, after waiting for months, he tells me it's going to be another 6 to 9 weeks! Considering their high prices, I feel that the communication is lacking very much on their end. I don't know if the other Farreys location is more professional, but I can be sure I am never using this store again and they won't be getting any referred business from me. Very disappointed.
