Nothing but great things to say about Gross Electric. We dealt with Amy for several purchases and she was absolutely fantastic. We had one delivery that was short a few bulbs and Amy personally drove them to our house. Highly recommend.

Gross Electric was great. I went shopping for a good ceiling fan for my home. They had lots of options to choose from. The staff was very helpful.

Initially, we shopped Gross Electric and Buehler to humor our builder as he encouraged us to "just go there." With our build, we were planning on "saving money" via the internet and big box stores but went as a courtesy. I've never been more wrong! They exceed our expectations in both service and price. Laurie, Pete, and staff went above and beyond for our lighting and decorative hardware needs.

We had so many great experiences there; from the creative sales to looking through catalogs for the perfect fixtures and hardware. The prices are great but it's the local service and expertise that keeps us coming back. Give them an opportunity for your business as buying local is more than just a trend it's worth your time.

As a contractor, Gross electric is the most reasonable and reliable source for all my electrical needs in the greater Toledo area, not only do they carry my basic needs at all locations and are always in stock and ready for pick-up with just one phone call to Jacob or Rick, but also the showroom associates Natalie and Pete Buehler always get me the necessary materials for my job promptly and with ease.

Whenever as problem arises with material or fixtures the team at gross electric goes out of their way to get me replacement parts in an urgent manner with professionalism and class. It is a PLEASURE doing business with them!

Husband and I went into showroom to purchase knobs for our kitchen cabinets. The salesman was very arrogant, tried to sell me something I did not like or even close to what I was looking at, he became very argumentative. I then asked for the price per knob that I originally went in to look at and he said well you are lucky, someone else just placed an order so you won't have to pay for shipping.

I never once indicated I was placing an ordered, I simply asked the price per knob. I then said, you do not stock these, he rudely said no. I told him, I would order them myself. Husband and I walked away. He yelled through the showroom "you won't find them cheaper anywhere else", I turned around and said then that means your price is below $2.00 per knob?

He very rudely yelled back "you won't get the same quality". Well Mr Arrogant, I have placed my order with a different company for the exact knob and brand for $1.88 per knob. I also know that, today was my first time coming in your store and was my last.

This place is great. Katrina was very helpful. She ordered the lamp that we wanted. Should arrive in about a week. If all works out will go back again.

Great options and knowledgeable staff. Allen helped us with all the technical details of lighting for our bedrooms. Very helpful. Will go back for our living room and some furniture!

Update to original review: I have now changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. When the owner saw my review she contacted me. After hearing my story she made things right. In addition, she spoke with her employees about handling an unhappy customer. Now if I have other lighting needs, I will happily use Gross Electric again. Knowing that a company will stand behind their products is important.

This has been a learning experience for almost everyone, including me. Original review: Bought fixtures for over our vanities. Fixtures were defective and store didn't stand behind them. Bought through Mary Marshall am interior designer.

I've always had good experiences with Gross Electric. Sales associates, especially Samantha, keep me informed about sales and special promotions. The merchandise is unique and high quality. Advice from employees about placement of merchandise is truly valued.

Great place. Good selection. Good service. They have a huge selection of products and are willing to help you shop and make the right decision. The prices are not too high. Service seems to be a priority here and the selection is impressive. I would recommend this place.

This place is a joke! the owner Laurie Gross is so RUDE. don't even bother trying to talk to her. we bough a light fixture here and when it arrived to our home there were missing and broken bulbs. she didn't even want to replace them. we told her if she didn't then we wanted to return the whole thing. look at her reviews from ann arbor. everyone gave her 1 or 2 stars. theres a reason for that. i highly recommend not doing business here.
