The sales team on the packaging team are knowledgeable and respond in a timely matter. They are quick to place my trickier cases, and the case managers keep on top of the case at application so I don't need to waste my time chasing as I know it's in safe hands. I do not hesitate in handing my complex cases over to Kelly and Hollie.

I was passed to this company through Habito who could not help me based on my credit score. At first they seemed really professional but it was short lived. Over the phone they were friendly but in email it felt like a big farce. I was told it would take about 48 hours to find a lender from the time of submitting my application but I was passed from pillar to post, 2 weeks in after chasing them (they were in no hurry whatsoever) was told they had found a lender (finally!) I received an email from Paul stating 'I have taken over your enquiry and from the details in the fact find and your previous credit reports, there is a lender that CAN help on a 10% deposit option'.

This was on the Friday. Then when I emailed on Monday to chase up I got an out of office for 9 days. Not very professional considering he didn't bother to pass my application on to another member so when I called they didn't know what was happening. Turns out they hadn't found a lender at all. Why say CAN and build hopes up rather than MAY BE able to help?

So then got told by Amanda my application would be passed on to yet another person called Dale (4 different people so far). Well I'm 1 month on and I never heard a word from Dale. What a total waste of time. My experience from this company is that they are unprofessional and just mess people around. A total waste of time.

Special mention to Dale who got us our mortgage! During the application process, he explained everything in great detail and was always quick to respond to any queries that we had. Dale was also very quick to send our application and all of our documents to the lender, without the need to chase him up for progress. He was very dedicated! Also thank you to Melanie who carried on with our application for the last part, she was also very responsive to emails and keen to get the mortgage offer for us. Overall, Impact were great and I cannot fault them on anything.

They got us a very good deal and I can't imagine it was the most straightforward of applications, so we are very grateful that they took us on and got us to the end! Would definitely recommend. Thank you again

Impact has helped us for a number of years for our corporate events. They are very professional, always on time, flexible and accommodating. Wolfgang is our person for each of our seminars, we have four annually and will have eight this year and likely twelve next year. He is really great in being prepared, easy to work with, just overall wonderful. We like them so much we sign our contracts for the year versus by event.

I never normally leave reviews for anything but wanted to mention how decent Impact SF have been. I got totally let down when a previous mortgage statement of mine was misread and my application was cancelled. Kelly Harber came to the rescue and got me to resubmit my application which is now being approved. She managed to do in a week what my previous broker took a month to do. Fantastic service.

Impact Lighting delivered an extremely poor AV set up. Lighting set up was fine. For AV, they did not set up equipment on time, had issues with their AV switcher, did not have audio properly set up, and did not bring AV connection equipment to support a high resolution display. I wish I had gone with another provider for a better quality production. Fine if you're just doing lighting and don't mind lighting trees vs suspended lights. For better quality go elsewhere.

Had the pleasure of working with Jason at Impact, last minute and luckily found I could not have been in better hands. From the first call through the final billing, Impact lived up to its name, they created an amazing Impact with their lighting, sound, AV and staffing. Thank you for making our event look and sound Amazing!

If I could leave negative stars then I would be! DO NOT Seek there advice on mortgages. They will Take your initial payment and then never respond to calls- constantly chasing! Told us one application wasn't successfull, moved to a second lender only to have the first chase us for documents saying the application was never closed! Can't return a call to save there lives and then hound you on the day of offer for their second fee! Complaints have been made to impact and the financial ambusdman!

This is the first review I've ever left on the internet but I feel compelled to tell everyone what a fantastic service Paul and Jess at Atom gave me. After receiving an email confirmation from our usual broker that our mortgage application would be straight forward and that we met all the necessary criteria, they then managed to get my application declined on an incorrect technicality!

After spending weeks trying to resolve this to no avail, a friend recommended ATOM. I rang them and spoke to Paul who was amazing. He was knowledgable and applied common sense to our complex problem. He managed to turn the whole situation around in a few days and without him/ATOM, I would definitely have lost my dream home. I can't thank him enough and would say to anyone who has a non standard mortgage application no matter where you live, to contact ATOM. They managed to make the complicated, simple. I found Impact Lighting on Yelp and was very happy with my choice. I wanted uplighting and a pattern wash the give design to a relatively plain ceiling. Jesse was our coordinator and was wonderful to work with. He was very laid back and flexible with regards to our site visit and discussing the plan. The color of the lighting appeared a little different in-person than it did in the sample booklet so I recommend visiting the showroom or looking at videos/ multiple pictures of the light samples. Regardless, the room looked beautiful, the pattern wash was very pretty on the ceiling, and there was no drama with set-up or take-down of equipment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Impact Lighting.

I started an event production business the first of 2017 and Impact has played a vital role in the success I enjoyed my first year out. Matt Allard has freely shared his insight and experience, which has allowed me to offer professional, resourceful service to my customers. I can state I would not have been able to achieve the success I had in 2017 without Matt's insight and Impact Lighting backing me up. The warehouse staff has always been helpful and courteous as well.

I hired Impact Lighting for a wedding this past weekend at the Bay Club StoneTree in Novato, and I can't say enough about their quality of work, service and professionalism. I'm a wedding and event designer/planner and I've worked with a number of different lighting specialists but Impact Lighting is definitely one of the best. Maxx, the rep I worked with was amazing!

He was responsive, attentive, flexible and provided great lighting solutions with respect to logistics and design. The wedding I created had a rustic romantic theme and Impact Lighting helped us secure and hang oversized lanterns in varying colors, sizes and textures; spot lights; accent lights; uplights around the room; bistro lights for our outdoor balcony and marquee letter lights for the sweetheart table. Everyone at the wedding, included venue personel and other vendors, could not stop talking about how beautiful the wedding was. Thank you Maxx and Impact Lighting!

We used Impact Lighting for our wedding at City Hall in San Francisco and they made the evening magical. Our package included pin spots for the tables and uplighting for the columns which all turned out perfect, even with a few last minute changes. I worked with Corinne and she was very helpful and responsive (since I didn't have a planner and didn't know what I really wanted at first). Her experience and professionalism made everything a piece of cake and I would highly recommend her and IMPACT lighting.

Impact Lighting completed a major corporate event for me last week and transformed an ultra modern space into a Gatsby-style speakeasy with their incredible lights. But it was really the team that made this such a smooth process. Our account rep, Maxx, came out the same day as my inquiry to do a walkthrough and was able to work within our budget but provided lighting installations above and beyond my expectations.

The load-in/out crew led by Landon arrived early, set-up without disrupting customers (it was a public venue prior to the event) and disappeared post-set-up without a peep. They are fast, professional and super friendly. I can't wait to hire them again!

I'll admit that my coordinator did most of the work contracting with Impact to get bistro lights for our wedding venue, so I'm not sure about the backend part of working with them. But I will say our bistro lights were lovely and set up perfectly, so I'm happy!

Working with Impact was a breeeeeze. Jesse was super professional, helpful and responsive to all my inquiries (and believe me I had a lot!). He even met with us at the venue to do a walk through! I really appreciated how candid Jesse was when I asked for advice on lighting in my venue (Oceano Hotel and Spa). Since the ballroom didn't have tracks to place pinspotting on the ceiling, he let me know of the alternatives.

The alternative was to have 12ft posts draped in white to pinspot the centerpieces. The posts were not an eyesore at all and the lighting was gorgeous. I changed my mind on several occasions on what kind of lighting I wanted and he was really patient with all my change requests. He worked with the venue to coordinate everything and I had no worries on the day of my wedding that the lighting would be handled.

I would definitely recommend Impact Lighting for any special event. The lighting (pinspotting, uplighting and spotlight) truly made a huge difference on the ambience of the event.

They are a great company to work with. As a wedding planner I used them for a wedding that took place on Saturday in Fremont (Outside). The Sales person I worked with Corinne O'Sullivan was great and very helpful. The person they sent out to install the lighting on Friday and was there during the whole event on Saturday, Alex was AWESOME! He truly knew what he was doing and the lighting was beautiful.

As a wedding planner I have worked with many companies but I have to say this company really stands out with me as one of the best. I know I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

GORGEOUS LIGHTING! I selected pin spot lighting for my centerpieces and cake and a full pattern wash for the walls. It was soooooo incredibly gorgeous. The colors were very rich and completely saturated the room with magenta and purples which is exactly what I wanted. I price-checked a few vendors and Impact had comparable pricing but far better customer service. Jesse Fletcher at Impact was very helpful.

During the planning process, he even drove out to Hillsborough for a site inspection. On my wedding day everything ran smoothly. The technicians were experienced and very professional.

We could not be happier with impact lighting! We used them for our wedding reception on June 22 as we wanted to have a sort of ceiling of strung bulb lights. It was everything we had imagined! Impact lighting took all the things we asked for and made them a reality. They were patient with our many changes to the quote and willing to work us on price so that we could stay within our budget.

They were also easy to communicate with and returned all of my many emails quickly. They were quick and efficient on the day of and worked well around all the other venders that were setting up at the reception site. I can not imagine using any other lighting company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for lighting services. Impact is the best in the bay area.

I had no idea/concept of how I wanted our venue lit, I just knew that I wanted uplighting and a pattern wash for the dance floor. Daniel created an amazing design for me lighting everything in the perfect places, and in multiple colors. They use these great wireless LED uplights (no ugly wires being taped down!) which not only allowed for total design freedom, but they can change the colors by remote as the event progressed.

We started with a soft champagne for the ceremony, then pink for dinner, and blue for the party. It was so seamless and no one noticed the transition, but everyone loved the effect. They were so easy to work with and have so many different options. I will definitely be recommending them to friends!

After doing some research & getting quotes from different lighting companies, I chose Impact Lighting because of their relatively reasonable price and availability on my wedding date. I was so disappointed in the results of the lighting. The personalized gobo was fine. The uplighting on the pillars and lobby walls were mediocre at best. The light was visible only at the top 9 inches of the pillar and was so dim.

The uplighting in the lobby was only noticable to me because I was searching for it. Initially, I had thought maybe it was because of the layout of the restaurant. However, I attended another wedding at that venue shortly after my wedding and they hired a different lighting team. The lights looked spectacular so the layout of the restaurant wasn't the problem, but the quality of the lights or lack thereof.

In their defense, they said it was because the restaurant wouldn't turn down their own lights in order for theirs to show up. But like I said, another lighting company was able to get their lights to show up. I was very embarassed to tell our guests that we hired a professional lighting team. Unfortunately, I will never recommend their services to anyone.

Jesse and his team are amazing! They provided a terrific pop to our daughter's tent reception last weekend and all guests were most impressed with what their expertise added to the event. We live on the East Coast, bride and groom on the West, yet it was really seamless doing the extra lighting/decor planning with Impact. I thought their prices were quite reasonable when quoted; upon actually seeing and experiencing their work, a fabulous bang for the buck!

My first impression of this company or Jesse (he was my point of contact) was awesome. They had great prices and were initially responsive to my phonecalls. For example, when Jesse was going to be late for our first meeting, he called and told me he would be late. I thought the pricing for the uplights were very reasonable but the delivery/pick-up charge was too much, $150 for 40 miles, and that's not including set up.

Two weeks before the wedding I was trying to confirm the delivery for the uplights, and I was promised that Jesse would call me back later that day, but he didn't. I called the following day and got an apolgy and that Jesse will contact me later. Another rep who had no idea what my contract with Jesse entailed called me back and boy did she have a lot of attitude - really unprofessional.

I didn't need that with just over a week before my wedding. Anyways, Jesse eventually called me back 5 days later from my initial call, apologized and then confirmed everything. On the day of the wedding, the uplights added a nice touch to the ambiance of the ballroom and I was happy. But still, I wish Jesse would have been more responsive.

I recently got married last week and chose IMPACT Lighting for my reception hall. Let me tell you, a simple hall with ugly walls suddenly transformed into a BEAUTIFUL hall with amazing lighting designs! I was so impressed by Jesse and the IMPACT Lighting team. I was a bit of a bridezilla!) Jesse & his team came a day before the wedding to set up all the equipment and tested out the lights until everything was perfect. When I walked into the reception hall on my wedding day, I started to cry. The lighting was simply the most beautiful thing at the wedding (well, aside from me of course!;) The lighting made it seem as if I was getting married at a 5 star hotel!

What a HUGE difference the lighting made. I had a beautiful pattern wash design all throughout the walls, along with a custom gobo on the dance floor. Price was very reasonable as well and I could not have asked for more! All my guests were highly impressed and till this day I have been getting compliments because of the lighting. We just had our reception last evening. The lighting was AMAZING. Jesse and his team went above and beyond in their work. True professionals all the way from the beginning to the execution. Everything went off without a hitch. We had another lighting company insist we needed mulitple generators and staffing to accomplish less than what Impact provided.

Impact delivered twice the lighting at half the cost of other quotes we received. Everyone including our photographer, caterer, band and venue manager were blown away by the ambience that Impact Lighting created. WOW! We were so glad we decided to do lighting for our wedding. What a difference it made!
