If your fixture was previously purchased through one of our showrooms, stop in or call your nearest location. We will do our best to assist you. Each manufacturer has a different warranty policy. It is best to contact a Kendall Lighting Center directly to confirm all warranty information. Order numbers can be found in the top right-hand corner of your order acknowledgement or pick up ticket.
Orders may be placed by visiting one of the five showroom locations or by contacting one of our lighting specialists by email or phone. We currently do not offer online ordering. In stock items are generally available for pick up within 24 hours, but special-order items can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.
