ELK is masterful in marketing how attentive they are to Customer care and only sell high end products. Just attempt to take them up on any version on CS and you'll quickly realize the sham it is. After buying over $1k of lightning for a prolonged renovation so the lights were purchased weeks in advance. Out of 4 pendants one crystal was damaged, rather than accommodating a simple resolution of just a crystal then bounce me around and tell me to file a formal claim with Ashley furniture who will then deal with ELK to resolve. First and last time for this company. With the plethora of choices customers have | trust me go elsewhere, they couldn't care less if they tried.

Two years ago we bought a Ryvyr ceramic sink. Today it has a crack running from the overflow hole to the drain. Great, nothing happened, it just cracked. They have a one year warranty so its going to junk pile. i would never buy from them again.

I ordered a tall candle holder for my fireplace and received it the next day. Very good quality. Highly recommended this company.

I used to carry Stein World in my store, but since they have been bought out by Elk International they don't answer phone calls and don't return messages through email! I tried the last two weeks to place order with them, but im not sure they are still in business. If you want a better experience try Coast to Coast! They are made in the same factory as Stein-world, but you can get customer service without the hassle!

I bought 4 glass pendant lights through Wayfair a few years ago. Yesterday one of the glass domes failed, fell and shattered narrowly missing me. Customer service had nothing in place to address my issue, not even a promise to fix the design flaw. Stay away.

I purchased a piece of furniture for over $1000 and the paint literally just continues to fall off of it in my dining room. After months of trying to find a resolution I was offered a $100?!? Do not recommend Stein world furniture or this company.
