100/10. Everyone at Lighting Distinctions is a pleasure to work with and they all really know their stuff. We started off thinking we just wanted market lights and ended up redoing the lighting in the entire yard, front and back. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and everyone double and triple checked to make sure we were pleased with the design and the result every step of the way. Their recommendations were spot on and everything turned out gorgeous.

We had all the lighting for our home-interior and exterior both-converted to LED by Lighting Distinctions. This involved vastly more than changing a lot of light bulbs. Wall sconces and table lamps were replaced by recessed ceiling lighting, whole areas that had previous been poorly lit were now bathed in light, photographs and art objects at last benefited from proper illumination, everything was put on dimmers that preserved the warmth of incandescent light, and many circuits were made remotely programmable.

I had long wanted to undertake such a project but was daunted by its scope and confused by the changing technology and available options-until we found Joel of Lighting Distinctions. Joel's knowledge of the state of the art was masterful, his good taste and judgment were invaluable, and his work crew was professional, careful and congenial. Our home was transformed, and we now enjoy the fruits of the project every single day and evening. We recommend Joel and Lighting Distinctions enthusiastically and without reservation.

We had an old outdated and non-working landscape lighting system and decided it was time to replace and upgrade our lighting design to include new LED lighting fixtures. Our existing under ground wiring and hub system was in good working order so we began our search for a lighting contractor who had an excellent reputation, could leverage the existing working components, who impressed us with their team's knowledge, and who we felt would deliver an excellent solution for our project.

We choose Lighting Distinctions and right off we developed great chemistry with Joel and his team. He met with us on several occasions, gave great advice about placement and the best fixtures that would accentuate the landscaping in the front of our home. Joel and team kept us informed about the project timeline and the work proceeded quickly and in an orderly fashion. Joel was responsive and accommodated requests we offered during the instillation.

I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Joel and his trustee sidekick, Octavio for over 30 years. Joel and team are fantastic! They did a wonderful job with our interior lighting and helped make our entire house feel more warm and cozy. They were efficient and respectful of extra of costs.
