Lighting House

Frank at the lighting house has been helping us select all of our lighting for the new build of our home. He is fantastic! He is deeply knowledgeable not only about the inventory, but he really helped us make tough decisions leveraging his expertise for us to make the best choices for our new home. He's incredibly responsive and definitely knows how to guide with a gentle influence.

After searching for HOURS on line through all of the options, I went to The Lighting House looking for some guidance and technical expertise to help inform my purchase. I was pleasantly surprise by the full selection, good prices but mostly the engaging and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love The Lighting House. I have purchased several fans, both ceiling fans and floor fans and I have found their service and selection outstanding. Recently I had a fan with an issue and they immediately contacted the manufacturer and were able to get the fan replaced. They are so friendly. Please shop and support local. It's worth it.

Over the past 15 years, we have been spent literally thousands of dollars at The Lighting House on lighting fixtures, expensive lamps, and outdoor furniture, wanting to give the local company our business. We have even bought supplies to take to Florida with us for our homes there. Our experience this past fall has left us totally unsatisfied and frustrated.

The details are too confusing, but we will not be supporting this company ever again. We feel the owner and manager have been totally unreasonable, leaving us with two kitchen pendant lights (costing over $1,000) that look like something we could have bought at Home Depot, and we still do not have the correct canopy caps. We advise all to find another lighting company to do business with.

They have a giant selection and are as good with prices as the internet or big box stores. Frank and the rest of the staff are very helpful. We have been buying our light fixtures there for years.

Roger was incredible, his expertise was needed by us and he provided us with great feedback, he was incredibly patient and his customer service could not have been better. Our products have been ordered and I have no doubt the the quality and styles will cover the practical purpose and still provide the eye candy we wanted!

We've been here a few times, both for ceiling lights for our old house and a lamp for the new one. Great selection (two floors) and helpful folks. And, the mid-century modern lamp we recently bought was actually less expensive than we expected, so that was a nice surprise. We'll definitely be back for any other lights/lamps we need!

We wanted to upgrade our dining room and outdoor lighting from the "Big Box" store fixtures that came with our house when it was new. We looked at several different product lines at The Lighting House, and decided we really like Hubbardton Forge. Holly Blanchard, one of the owners, was a tremendous resource, helping us with measurements and choosing the best fixture and size for our dining room and entryway.

Who knew? She is incredibly knowledgeable and nice - as were all of the staff we met. Hard to find anyone like that at a big box store. We had to order the fixtures, since we wanted the bronze finish with a lighter shade, and they arrived within two weeks. When the fixtures arrived, one of the shades was ever-so-slightly cracked. I called the store and they immediately called Hubbardton Forge, who sent out a replacement shade at no cost.

That's what I call great service! We highly recommend The Lighting House - and will be returning to look at deck furniture. They had some beautiful pieces from Kingsley Bates :-
