From its inception, Lighting Paradise has been the product of vision, inspiration, and perseverance. Upon returning from service in the United States Army, Andres Cabo took a temporary job as a lighting salesperson and consultant that led him to discover a passion of a lifetime- in the lighting industry and in design. What is your creative process?
What is your favorite part of it? I visualize what the client wants to accomplish decor wise and what function they want out of their lighting fixture. I then grab their ideas and strive to make them come true with our design team.

Chandeliers are the crown jewels of our homes, defining the overall style of the area they were placed in. As one of the focal points in home decor, chandeliers must be selected carefully to harmonize all decor elements of the area. We offer traditional, transitional, contemporary and ultra-modern chandeliers to accommodate your lighting needs whether you have a traditional Mediterranean style house or a contemporary condo. Most of our chandeliers come in a variety of finishes such as chrome, gold, bronze, satin nickel and more.
There are many different options in crystal cuts and quality that will impact the price point of your crystal chandelier. From the mass produced Chinese crystal that is cut and polished to replicate the higher grade crystals, at a more modest price. To the 30% spectra that is as close a match to the Strass/Swarovski Crystal available on the market.
Mini chandeliers are great for small spaces such as bedrooms or walk in closets in our homes or in hospitality places such as restaurants and bars. Small spaces or low ceiling areas prevent us from using large fixtures or hanging chandeliers. Installing a mini chandelier or pendant over a bar area or even over the counter space would be ideal.
Did you know the French word for candlestick was chandelier and that is how the term originated? It was actually used to display candles in a luxurious manner, and this very quality helped it to transition into decorative light fixtures. Contemporary chandelier fixtures look sophisticated and beautiful, while easily drawing your focus towards it.

I have purchased many items from the store thruout the years. My experience has always been extremely positive. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. A family owned business of many years. Beautiful display of lamps and fixtures for all styles showcased in a large location centrally located on 8 street Miami.

The reality is your products are average and somewhat boring. Look at your website. The lighting is traditional and dated. Apparently that has been a problem for you for years. All you need to do is look at the reviews going back years ago to see that your service is spotty and products have issues. You then brought up politics? Why? Is it a political fundraiser or a business?
Everybody has a right to express their political views but that was not the review is about. When I posted the review I didn't mention politics. You then attacked me about politics and didn't address to me about your mediocre service or your less then exciting products. Maybe take a look at your inventory and realize it is stale and dated. Have a big sale and get rid of the tired lighting that is not in style.
It is like finding a needle in a haystack to find anything good. The owner will then bring up that he had great reviews till October 5th. However if you look at his reviews over 5 years there is a pattern. He clearly operates on the bipolar style with his reviews. He is blaming this on his political views instead of his products and service. Don't be fooled by his automatic post.
The mediocre products and service in his business is real and has been documented for years in his reviews. Going back at least 5 years he has had angry unhappy customers. Again bringing up politics in your business is really a dumb idea but this is America you are free to be dumb as you want. I do appreciate your services and I'm glad that you didn't get kicked out of America after your service!

Wonderful, wonderful store with even more amazing and kind people! They are extremely helpful and passionate about their work; such a kind and beautiful family. They do everything with love and their store is absolutely stunning. This is by far my favorite lighting store to go to! I recommend it to all my friends! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Some of the best service I have ever received and their product quality is even better. Every time I come here, I am greeted with a warm welcome and treated with the upmost respect, I have had nothing but positive experiences here and the quality of all their products is some of the best I've ever seen. Highly recommend for anyone looking for any sort of lighting. Wonderful family owned business, if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.

AWFUL establishment. My husband and I bought a light fixture there and when the handyman was installing it we noticed they gave us a used lamp. I called them and they initially said they gave us the wrong box but then transferred my call to someone else who accused me of lying and saying the light fixture was new. They said I have no reason to get mad (having spend almost $400 on it) and also lied and said that they showed me the fixture before I picked it up which again didn't happen.
They have NO IDEA what customer service is and couldn't care less to keep their customers given that this was my fifth purchase there. I also felt like not being a Spanish speaking customer clearly hurts my chances of getting assisted because they don't seem to consider me a customer. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. By the way this was for my nursery and I am 9 months pregnant being "accused" of lying. I am not sure why I would ever bring this kind of stress to my life if I didn't have a valid reason.
