As a self-performing organization we are experts at lighting audits, custom designs, energy analysis, lighting related electrical improvements, installation and maintenance services.
We are experts at lighting maintenance. LRS self performs 100% of our service work to ensure our team has the knowledge and training to bring value to our maintenance customers. When you partner with LRS you're getting more than a one for one lamp swap. LRS works with each customer to understand your lighting goals and desires and we archive historic data to continuously analyze the best way to maximize performance and minimize outages.
When LRS made the leap to provide maintenance services we quickly recognized the need for a business development team to analyze the maintenance history. The business development team gave LRS the means to help maintenance clients make informed lighting decisions and plan for future lighting projects.
In 1991, LRS was established to provide quality project management and self-performing lighting installation services for ESCO partners. The foundation for our installation services is a Custom Project Tracking Software (CPTS) built in a relational database. Using CPTS our electricians and apprentices perform installations with as little disruption as possible to the customer.
