They sell cheap replicas instead of what's described in their listings. The items don't even fit the descriptions. I ordered some clear glass GM bulbs - for a reason; got frosted glass replica. Too much of a hassle to mess with a return for fifteen bucks. Buyer beware!

Great company and very easy to work with. I sent then some pictures of an old bulb for an old 8mm movie projector I was trying to find but have not been able to. They quickly responded that the one I was looking for was no longer in production and let me know of an alternative. I would definitely go to them again.

ReplacementLightBulbs has just provided me with the BEST customer service in my (long) lifetime. I was working with some misleading info from another light bulb seller, which I was sharing with ReplacementLightBulbs. Having understood my issue, they gathered, photographed, and e-mailed me several examples of the bulb model I was (incorrectly) considering (ReplacementLightBulbs was correct, the other guys were wrong).

The next day Ron PHONED ME to make sure that I had received his info and was not about to make a mistake in selecting an incorrect one (they are East Coast USA, I'm West Coast Canada). This was REMARKABLE! Finally, without being asked, Ron kept digging, and came up with the bulb I needed. I have just ordered it. Thanks Ron!

While it was difficult enough to pay $60 for a bulb that will last only 15 hours, it was an extra slap in the face to pay almost $20 for shipping on top of that. Glad I don't have to buy this bulb often.
