We needed a fairly obscure piece of equipment for a live event and Rose City Sound was the only rental house in town who had one available. Their prices are very reasonable and they really went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with our event. I've had some trouble with both Hollywood Lights and Picture This in the past (My impression was that since I wasn't a big company spending a lot of money, I didn't matter much to their staff. Maybe others have had a better experience). Rose City Sound made me feel like I mattered and I would definitely do business with them again.

Threw a community movie night! Had a difficult time setting up the equipment because I am not a sound or audio tech. Both Aimee and Eric went out of their way to assist me until we got it going. They spent 20 mins on the phone walking me thru the setup and troubleshooting even though they were busy at another function. Truly customer service at its finest. I will only use these guys for my sound/audio needs. Til next year! Thank you so much. - Halsey station Apts.
