Great selection and courteous, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I ordered several fixtures for new house and they replaced a small piece that was damaged several months after the purchase at no charge. I received some of the best customer I have had in years. I would highly recommend Stevens Lighting.

Our kitchen monorail lights that we purchased from another company failed after about 2 years. The company said the lights could not be repaired and the product had been discontinued and replacement parts were not available. We had been to another company and received a quote in excess of $4k to replace. We were running out of options when we met Brandon at Stevens, we explained our situation.

He said for the cost of a service call he may be able to salvage our lights and give us a solution. When he paid us service call he repaired the existing lights to use temporarily until he could find a solution. Within two weeks of our initial visit he fixed our lights that we were told could not be fixed. Brandon and Stevens Lightning saved us thousands of dollars and not only fixed our lights but they also improved our lighting.

We are so grateful to Stevens Lighting for their superior service, selections and knowledge for all our home fans. They chose the best fans for us. We actually carried the fans to Costa Rica for our new home there. When we arrived and had an issue, one of their employees coached us over the phone to help the electrician. Later, one of our 9 fans had a slight noise. Again, we sent a video and now have a solution. Fixed! Additionally, their prices are very good. I am a very happy customer and will continue to use them for my lighting needs.

I really don't care for the new type of lights that to me look unfinished, it reminds me of Christmas light bulbs, its just all the stores have as a trend. But, the lady employee was extremely nice and went out of her way to give me other places to look on the web.

Walked in, with bare acknowledgement. Looked around for 15 minutes. No help, even though 2 people sitting at desks. Was hoping to support a local business. But not here. Don't bother.

Have used Stevens for 4 years and am back again for sconces, fans, under-cabinet electrical outlets and lights and more. Great customer service, and Brandon is a workhorse, going above and beyond if there is an issue. Pay a little more and avoid the junky stuff made in China and lack of service in the big box stores and other lighting dealers. Hands down best around.

Stevens has helped us with lighting procurement, advice, and organization for a large residence being built in the hill country. Their flexibility, and willingness to go above and beyond the requirements of the job has been extremely helpful. This place isn't your average lighting store. Nor do they carry your typical Home Improvement big box store fixtures. My clients are always impressed with the fixtures provided along with the latest devices including dimmers, receptacles and smart lighting systems and controls. Gerard is thee lighting Guru and is well known in San Antonio for his knowledge and lighting designs.

Gerard at Stevens Lighting has assisted us with a couple of lighting projects in our home. From the design to the implementation, everything was excellent. We are very impressed with the lighting ideas, the quality of the products recommended, and especially the service (including working with our electrician). We will be back!

Steven's Lighting, Inc. was one of the best brick-and-mortar sales interactions we've encountered. While at Steven's, the team helped us with a couple of ceiling fans. I was impressed with their pressure-free environment (even though we were indecisive). Steven's gave us knowledgeable recommendations, asked how we would use the product, and gave us tips/expectations when installing.

After we had our ceiling fan installed by an electrician, we had a question about a knocking sound coming from the fan. Steven's came out to assist us and diagnosed and fixed the issue! You do not see this level of customer service compared to larger stores and online. We will use them in the future. I would highly recommend them based on their expertise and customer service!
