TecNiq makes great products but the Management is horrible. The engineering manager (jl) always reacts to problems instead of preventing, this along with him assigning tasks late makes all the engineers life very stressful when it doesn't need to be. He will also take credit for engineers ideas and only complement a couple engineers that are his favorite.

Oh man where would I start. The place is great. I loved working there and the environment was mostly always pleasant. Everything is what we make it! The owner was cool when I met him. Great guy. Nice people. Some nicer than most. I'll miss the little family i felt like I started to develop there. Product wise is always quality tasks were prompt and maintained. Checks were done at every station by multiple eyes to ensure precision on quality before packaged and sent off to Tecniq consumers. Bless and peace to Tecniq and to those who purchase from Tecniq. Once in a while you get shown the light In the strangest of places if you look at it just right

A way to tell if a company is good is find employees that have been working there a while. This isn't one of them. When a supervisor left the owner was to cheap to hire someone so he took over and knew basically nothing about his own company or how to treat workers. You have to be relieved at your station to go to the bathroom. Someone needs to complain to the labor board.

"Down to Earth" owners don't fire people or call their employees mistakes and write-ups out in front of everyone else at morning meetings! Owners that "take care" of their people don't treat their employees like garbage. Management is a joke, as they take a lot of their "people skills" from the owners. Hiding behind machines and watching people. Not a very secure place to work.

Awesome company to work for. Lots of opportunity to advance. I've started out like everyone else - from a temp to hire and now I'm the Supervisor of Production. If you work hard, its noticed. The owners are down to earth and definitely take care of their employees. I'm very proud to be a TecNiq employee and look forward to retiring here.

Very racist company and very unprofessional supervisors. The owners show lack of professionalism so of course the supervisors feel they can do what they want and how they want. Racism is very real at this establishment Oh and not to mention every supervisor there has had to take classes on how to treat their employees for 6 months mainly chris and Stephanie.
Their compulsive liars it's crazy the better business beau will be contact I'm glad I've always had my phone on me to record every single conversation. They will be hearing from my attorney. I've report an endangered situation to Stephanie and to no avail.
