Thompson Irrigation

I recently had Sod put down at my house and realized only afterward my irrigation needed more help than I had previously thought. I contacted Seth at Thompson Irrigation and he made it a priority to get to my house ASAP in order to save the sod. During his time at my house for the initial walk through he was extremely helpful and even gave me some tips and pointers about irrigation and how to make my system operate more effectively. He responded to my calls, arrived on time, and had the knowledge that was needed.

I called Seth, at Thompson Irrigation, because of a high water bill and a broken sprinkler. He was at my house the next morning when he told me he would be there. He gave me some suggestions on how to improve my system and lower my water bills by replacing the sprinkler heads. He gave me a quote for doing that and a quote for replacing my old analog controller with a new digital controller.

There was never any high pressure, he just presented the options. In the end, I chose to replace the old analog controller and all of the sprinkler heads. Seth and Tristan returned the day and time they told me they would be there and replaced the controller. They returned a few days later, as agreed, and replaced the sprinklers. He also found some underground leaks that they repaired.

They explained what they were doing and why, and they also showed me how to operate the system myself. I felt the price was reasonable, they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, at the agreed upon price. This is a great Marco Island Business. Good service, nice people, reasonable prices.

Seth was very helpful in replacing landscape lights and getting parts needed to repair lighting. We have used them twice and would highly recommend their services.

Seth and his guys did a great job repairing and replacing our old analog sprinkler system with a new one that works great and was installed for a reasonable price.
