Village Lighting

We set-up an appointment with Natalie to review lighting options for a full house, and everything went flawlessly. She makes great suggestions (while taking into account building details i.e. drop headers and if you will be able to see the lighting choice from another room). The shop is set up with catalogs for all of their offerings, and it makes comparing options so much easier than trying to look at things on a website.

They also have tons of product on display, which makes choosing that much easier. If you are on the fence about choosing Village Lighting, don't be, they were our second stop for lighting, and the experience at Village blew the first stop away.

Come see Natalie for all your lighting specialities. Very helpful, they have been apart of the community for quite some time. I recommend this establishment.

We were purchasing 3 high-end lighting fixtures totaling nearly $2000.00. We wanted to buy them and the clerk gave a quote and said to think it over. When we went back the next day one of the lights (the primary one) was "sold." The sales woman said, oh well, we can start over. WE DIDNT. We ended up buying the exact same products on-line and couldn't buy local as we had planned. This was a shaky business, to say the least

Natalie was exceptional, her service went above and beyond. She help pick out new lighting for my house by asking a few questions about style and colors.

Very helpful and attentive, listened to my ideas and gave meaningful advice and feedback. Great job. Customers do come first here. Had fun too

The people who work in this shop are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. They always try to find a way to for you to walk out of their shop satisfied. Natalie is a special blessing. Very professional yet just like a good friend. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had been wanting to change out my out dated light fixtures. What a beautiful shopping experience. The array of products was mesmerizing. The staff/owner were very helpful and I love what I saw. Definitely recommend this establishment.

Received the best, most patient assistance I've experienced in a long time.anywhere. There was no pressure to buy. At one point, I was even made aware of another business that might be able to customize a fixture to meet my preferences if I didn't find something available in the stacks of catalogs I looked through. I was given 4 different light fixtures to take home, at no cost, to see which one might fit the best.

No time limit - just return at my earliest convenience. When the color of one fixture didn't match very well, I was offered another to try AND THEN an employee said she would be in my area and was willing to deliver it to my home! When have you heard of that? Natalie and Gina are absolutely wonderful to work with. It's a relatively small store, jam packed and maybe cramped for some. Look around for some real treasures! And don't let that keep you from getting the the expertise and caring treatment that was unsurpassed in my experience.

BEAUTIFUL lighting with options in every price range. Though i do wish i had 3k to spend on one chandelier, lol. Everyone there was kind and so very helpful. They fixed 2 of my lights for a very good price. I bought a new light for my dining room also and the cost for them to put up is less than the electrician that normally does work for me. I will be going there again

Customer service very fast very knowledgeable and I finally found lamp shades to go with my table lamps so hard to find and very reasonable. I have been serviced before I had floor table lamp that needed a new lamp shade I brought it to the store. Curbside assistance. My mother passed away in 2011 and I had a lamp shade purchased for her favorite table floor lamp and a smile on her face I will never forget. And I will return again and have my table Sconce repaired.

Excellent experience. Family owned and operated for over 20 yrs. Knowledgeable staff can get you the most for any budget. Don't trust the big box stores with your new home. Really enjoyed working with Natalie!
