I work with Associated Lighting Representatives (ALR) on a daily basis as part of my job. They defiantly provide some of the best customer service in the lighting industry. I always receive fast, prompt replies whenever I reach out to them and they always find the best solutions for problems whatever the circumstances. Plus they have an impressive line of high quality lighting manufacturers that they represent. Highly recommend them as a lighting representative.

I am reviewing this business as the customer service I received was far from par. I had called to see if I could get finish samples for a project, and I was transferred to Anne, who was able to use polite words like "dear, " but could no hide the condescending tone in her voice. After being rushed and telling her to just send me all of the finish samples, she made sure to hang up abruptly before I could even say "thank you." A note to all those who provide a service to others: Keep your personal problems, attitudes, and all around negative energy to yourselves when you are at work. It doesn't help to pass that negativity around and it certainly won't help acquire any more business for your company.
