This company is horrible. After waiting 6 weeks to receive my product (which I was OK with) for a deadline, I opened my package and everything was wrong. The pieces were all cut to the wrong lengths and angles and half the pieces were missing. I am ok with mistakes, we all make them, but the real problem starts here. After admitting that they forgot to send half the order for my perimeter of my island and that pieces and angles were wrong they still refuse to refund my money.

There was only 1 piece of product that had been cut to the correct length. All other pieces were either too short, wrong angles, or missing entirely. I would be very careful working with this company. They are cocky and accused me of becoming combative only after they were rude to me. If the product had been accurate I would have loved to use them, but everything was wrong. Do Not use this company. They do not stand behind anything they do. Everything was my fault as a customer. Buyer beware!

I had wonderful experience with Lucy who have helped tremenously with my need for having a good "thin" light tape for my stained glass address I made. Working with Lucy to make sure the measurements are exactly what I needed to make sure it fits. I ordered it and lo and behold it was such a perfect fit! The amazing thing about this light tape is, it's so thin.much thinner than a credit card! I'm getting compliments all the time and I am so pleased with it.
