First thing I did when I moved into this house was to use the lawn mower to "remove" a couple sprinkler heads. The system had been shut off, the owner said it worked, but it wasn't a priority to get it going as a busy schedule dictated other things. I finally made a call to advanced irrigation, and with their busy schedule the appointment was a couple of weeks out. The tech showed up on time, which I highly value, was courteous and professional.

I explained I knew where the shutoff valve and controller locations where, but nothing other than that as to if or how it worked. He quickly checked the valve, turned it on, and started testing the zones. There were sprinklers popping up in locations I had no idea they were in after living here for over 3 years. I asked about a more modern controller, and he gave me a recommendation for a WiFi controller unit I could purchase from Amazon, then went about his job replacing the broken heads and adjusting the others.
