Lena who is one of three presidents of the company *it's a family-owned business everyone gets the title and the large salary because it's family-owned* discriminates against workers. They only use employees and labor from multiple staffing companies, they have moved five times in the last 11 years. So if you would like to get some mechanical experience this is a good company but not long-term and not as a career. best of luck.
