Their smart bulbs take forever to connect, and if you ever change the company providing your wifi, you need to do it all over again. I spoke with one tech support person, who gave me his number to call for any problem, but it's been a week, and he neither answers nor returns phone calls.

Getting all 7 lights up and running was a pain. 2 of them started acting up 2 months in. Just not turning on when they others would. Now I have a different wifi provider and there doesn't appear to have a way to just change the network for all lights. I'm going to have to start from scratch. not a happy camper.

Purchased last night spent a good hour trying to set up last night and today. I have worked for the cable company the alarm company satellite companies since 2007 I shouldn't have issues connecting to Wi-Fi. Try to contact support that's damn near impossible and you just keep getting the same runaround do not buy this product their lightbulbs are garbage that's why it seemed like a good deal and that's probably why Costco bought a bunch of them because I got a killer deal on them because nobody would buy them
