I have used Imagine More for the past 10 years for various lighting needs. I have always been pleased with their service and products they offer. I recently replaced a ceiling fan in our living room and worked with Kayla who was great in helping me narrow down all the options they offer. She communicated with me that their would be a delay and kept me updated as to when it would arrive. When it did she was able to schedule install the next week. Michael installed it and was very professional and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend using Imagine More for any of your lifting needs!

Not great service, not willing to help you if you don't buy product from them. Won't price match manufacturer prices. Not very helpful in answering there questions. Would definitely call this person instead at ESC, way better, his name is Kevin (303) 359-1974

Miss measured blinds, and the final product was just marginally better, when first installed we noticed a measurement error in two shades, but only one was initially reported for replacement. Question their commitment to quality and accuracy. We settled for a 3 star. Had they gotten the second measurement closer would have given them 4 for effort.

Really appreciate Scott and Josh's flexibility and attention to detail! I changed my mind last minute on a fixture and they were so helpful in getting the new fixture back here and installed same day! All they wanted was for me to be happy and our experience to be good! Pricing is not competitive - not even close! We got an estimate for window treatments for our entire house from Imagine More and the quote came in 50% higher than a competitor for a comparable product in terms of style & quality (pretty much the exact same thing). In comparing apples to apples, it doesn't make good financial sense to pay 50% more on an already expensive product like window treatments, so I do not recommend this place.
Make sure you shop around & get a competitive quote before making a decision about window treatments as you can get a comparable quality product in the exact style, but with a much better price tag. Sorry Imagine More - you lost my business!
