We can not say enough positive things about our experience with KSB. Kevin and James were great! They were very professional, thorough, and clean! We are new homeowners and we had so many questions and ideas. Kevin really did an amazing job steering us in the right direction and gave us some great advice about improving the lighting in our space. We will definitely be using them again in the future! Called KSB Electric when a winter storm came through and my wires attached to the house came down. Kevin responded back to me the same I called. Came over the same day to look things over and set a date for repairs to be done AND was here that day. Very professional, courteous and explained everything so I would understand. Highly recommend KSB Electric. I just purchased a home that needed some major electrical updates. I had KSB update my panel from 100 to 200 amps and replace all of the outlets, switches and swap some fixtures. They were punctual, professional and extremely responsive. Great guys, very nice and professional. Had some old outlets I was concerned with and contacted Kevin to replace all outlets and switches for piece of mind so I know everything is done right. They came in and knocked everything out in a few hours. They were even able to add an outlet in my bathroom that didn't have one before. That wasn't even in my original ask as I figured that was a big job, but was a suggestion when they looked everything over before starting work.
Even with more work done the total cost ended up lower than the actual over the phone estimate. Obviously over the phone they have no idea the condition of things so probably aim on the high end just in case, but other companies would probably just pocket the difference. I have a couple other electric projects that I want to do in the next few months and I plan to use KSB for those as well.

These guys restored our faith in customer service! They made some upgrades to our panel and worked with the power company to replace the lines. I needed to update thermostats in my house. KSB was great at changing them out! I needed some extra work from HVAC to install them and he found the right people and got it done for me. Kevin was at my property to run electrical for AC and found a couple issues on the outside of my house that I had no clue were going on. He was very polite and walked me through his concerns and didn't pressure me at all to use them but that I really should address it soon. I used them for the job and am very happy with the results.
