If pressed, I'd say that that I like =most= about having BelRed Plumbing out to fix my kitchen sink is their responsiveness, and the consistently good value for money over time (since 1997). Not only did Dylan LaBreche and Lawrence Plummer do the job quickly and cleanly (and showed us the clog! Man, that clog was NOT going to go away on its own!) but they explained how it happened and how not to have it happen again.

We've been using the same plumbers for more than 25 years (we were Fox Plumbing clients before the recent merger with BelRed). Over the years, the service and the resources they bring to bear continues to expand, while the cost of work/repair has remained roughly the same. The value-for-money is emphatically there. Marshall Ryan and Chase Beamer ran a new electrical line for a garbage disposal in a home that I recently purchased. They were in my home for two different appointments to complete the work and were courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to get the work done, and didn't even mind having to crawl through three crawl spaces under my home to run the line to the electrical panel! I have many more projects to get done around this house, and I will be sure to call Chase and Marshall back to help me with the work. Would definitely recommend.

Michael Dunham was courteous and knowledgeable. However, and this was not Michael's fault, we were very confused because husband and I both put the appointment time as 2 pm in our calendars and we received a reminder text from Bel-Red that appointment was at 2 pm. We were surprised when Michael showed up at 10 am. We had another appointment at 10 am and had to scramble to reschedule our 10 am appointment.

9/25/23 We needed to have a follow up call. System quit working. Kevin was the tech who was sent out. He explained in great detail what the problem was. Kevin was thorough, patient and we are very confident the system will be up and running smoothly once the new parts arrive.

Conrad was an excellent technician! Our mini split ceiling cassette was making some noise so I figured we might as well have our mini split professionally cleaned. Conrad was efficient and kept me updated on the state of our units (how clean or dirty the drip pan, coils, and fans were) in addition to letting me know how I can best maintain our mini split (like how often the filters needed to be vacuumed, which was more often than I thought)! Highly recommend him and this company for servicing at a fair price.

Evan was great to work with He was very thorough in the inspection and service of our AC unit. He made recommendations for parts and service to help improve out AC units efficiency. I appreciated all of the time and effort taken to assure our AC was working and all of our questions were answered.

Today the BelRed crew came to replace my furnace and install a new AC unit. Michael and his team composed of Russel, Daniel, and Justin were very efficient, definitely top notch work. They were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with their work. Daniel checked the electrical panel thoroughly (not just the AC switch). Michael made sure that the large furnace fit in the old space, and checked and sealed the unit for leaks. Russel went out of his way to route the AC drain away from the walls. Justin was very patient explaining the surge suppressor function on the switch. BelRed will come back next week to complete the wiring and program the thermostat.

Installed a new heat pump and AC last week. First day 1, most stuffs installed and left with a thermostat because the electrician could not fix the wire. Next day, another team came up and fixed it. Bobby was the electrician who is super experienced and professional to wire a very tricky wire from the system in my basement up to my main floor with very limited access. Very impressed. Following day 3 Kyle, he is very efficient and organized. Picking up a project left over by his team, he asked once what is the status of everything and started to work non-stop for few hours until everything was fixed and started working.

Left with clear instructions what needs to be fixed with another team and communicated properly with the office to follow it up. Day 4, electrician from first day came to fix a plug which was not working from Day 1. Now waiting for the HAVC team to come next week to fix a pipe which needs to be glued. It is a big project and serviced by good and experienced guys. Would give 5 stars if everything can complete in a shorter time.

I had a pretty expensive HVAC upgrade in our house (think $10k ) and can only say good things about BelRed. Here is why: - They listened to my concerns, every single one of them. My furnace is located in a tricky spot in the garage. New furnaces got bigger, so it was going to eat up even more space. They managed to keep the same footprint. Great. - Fit and finish of the installation is great. - They originally quoted a Daikin (top of the line) system for $X dollars and we decided to move forward with that.

Last minute, they let me know they ran out of that and to avoid missing the installation deadline, they offered me a similar (but better) spec'd Trane system. I was pleasantly surprised with the system. It's good. - We originally had scheduled to install on 5/20. But a heatwave was coming, so I asked if they could pull forward the schedule by a few days. They did it. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and listen to your concerns.

We scheduled an estimate for Tesla wall charger installation and few small projects. They were able to install the Tesla wall charger on the same app. Looks great, works great! Both Josh Berg and Matt Flader were professional, great listeners, and problem solvers! They will come back in few weeks to finish other projects we booked them for. Thank you!

Lawrence didn't have the proper parts for our furnace. He came back in the evening to complete the repair. He encountered some problems but stayed until 11 to get the furnace running again. Our deep appreciation for his commitment to the customer

Excellent, professional work. After a very complete (and free) assessment of our home's electrical system we contracted with BelRed for this work. Thomas and Dylan contacted us ahead of the scheduled day to confirm their arrival time and coordinated with the PUD to shut off our power. Once on site they removed our 47 year old panel and replaced it with an upgraded, modern panel. Thomas and Dylan also installed an EV charger and a second ground rod, so everything is up to code and ready for our conversion to an electric heat pump.

The site was clean and working perfectly by mid afternoon. I'd recommend this team to anyone. They have the expected electrical skills, but also the work ethic and customer relations skills that are the reason we so appreciate a solid company like BelRed.
