Our company was formed in 1990 and later incorporated in 1996 by Jim Hess Sr. after he retired from a twenty year career in law enforcement. Jim was also a Whelen factory representative for twelve years in the rocky mountain region. We have now evolved into one of Whelen's largest master distributors in the western United States with over 30 years combined experience in public safety vehicle equipment. We at VLS feel we can offer our clients better service by concentrating our efforts into a few specialized areas.

You must fill out a Credit Application and upon approval of your Credit Application, your first order must be paid for with a credit card. Subsequent orders can then be ordered with a PO. All PO orders must be faxed to VLS on a Company Letterhead at (801) 676-4993. Most orders ship within 24 hours.
