I visited their location and met with Richard, he showed me lights that were exactly what I was looking for I needed 20 lights this was Friday he told me he would get back to me on Monday. I had told him I had a tight time frame and he assured me he would email costs etc Monday. Monday afternoon I still had nothing so I called he told me he would get it to me. Tuesday afternoon still noting so I call again. Richard said he was working on it! Finally Wednesday I get an email quoting for 6 lights not the 20 I asked for and that it would take 2 weeks to arrive! Clearly he had no interest in this - I wasted my time don't waste yours

I wish I could post pictures of the incredible work & design Impact lighting team had created in my Pool area, throughout the house, and especially in my theater-room. I'm very happy with the end results and their hard work to satisfy my family's expectation. Thank you Impact Lighting and I recommend others to check this company.
