I ordered TCPM LED bulbs from their website and they ended up shipping me a completely different product that was listed on their site. After calling customer service regarding the issue, I was asked to provide pictures of the product and screen print of the product listing on the site. After sending this information over and waiting for a response the next day, they stated that the no longer stock that product and the warehouse sent a substitute product. Beware of ordering from their site as they list products that they don't stock and delivery a different product.
I am still waiting for an RMA and their returns process after 2 days of follow-ups. After a week, someone from there customer service did call and apologized for sending me the incorrect product. They refunded my credit card and told me to keep the incorrect product that they shipped out. Appreciate the customer service and follow-up.

Superior lighting is a great company. I own a small electrical company in Myrtle Beach SC and superior lighting has been more than accommodating with my needs. It's nice to call a business like superior lighting and actually get someone on the phone that cares about customer service.

Superior Lighting is absolutely AWESOME! I never write reviews but these folks have earned it. They have incredible customer service with real people, not automated attendants. I had a product question and received an answer very promptly. They have fantastic prices, very reasonable (cheap) shipping rates and extremely fast shipping. I live in Indiana and received a 2 box shipment in 3 days from my order date on their standard shipping rate.
Their website is easy to navigate and has tremendous product information available about their products. If Superior Lighting has what you want this is the only place to do business! They truly are "Superior" in every aspect of their business.

I got 12 watt dimmable BR30 2700K 800 lumen bulbs for the cans in my kitchen. Very bright for cooking and dimmed they look nice for gatherings and etc. I love them. Had a small issue with one bulb and Zev took care of it immediately. These seem to be really decent people and they offer really good sale prices. I will order from them again.
