Great selection, great sales leadership, ( Hayley) pricing is based on what you buy, if you have expensive taste, well you will pay for it. however if you don't. Franklin has a lighting for everyone. I enjoyed spending a lot at Franklin. you get what you pay for, and our lighting made a huge difference with our new build home. It will actually feature in new homes magazine sometime this year.

Unhelpful and rude sales staff. My wife and I came in to buy some mini pendant lights for our 12' ceiling. The staff was incapable of understanding our needs and was very dismissive of us. Basically telling us that such long down rods don't exist and extensions cannot be purchased. We tried to shop here to support local business. Since that didn't work out we've taken our business to Wayfair, which by the way has outstanding customer service. @Franklin Lighting, your only possible advantage over online businesses is customer service. You may want to look into who works for you.

We didn't buy anything. It's far beyond our budget.but they have an insane selection of quality fixtures and they're willing to help you even if they can see it's above your range. (No "Pretty woman" moments for me and the wife). When we make that kinda money, we'll be back happily.
