I called the manufacturer about some information. They directed me to contact Stellar sales. I was trying to get an order placed. This was our first time ordering this product. He wouldn't answer anything over the phone. He said I needed to send him an email and he would reply to the any questions. No so stellar sales in my opinion. We are looking for alternatives to not have to deal with them going forward.
