Like any other companies, working condition was different from department to department but I worked for the company (Office area) for few years, and I really enjoyed working for Pinnacle users and my team. As I had to intract with almost all the users in the company, I found majority of them friendly, efficient, and hard-working. The pressure and stress on users were increasing every year since 2020 as except a few departments, management was not hiring new users for understaff departments.

Lighting fixtures are ridiculous and extremely difficult to install especially on a job with very tough deadlines. After installing more than three you should be elidgible for a degree in rocket science. Terrible.

Pinnacle Lighting has high quality products, skilled personnel and high standards of customer care. Lately we had a project with very short deadlines. We asked our project manager from Pinnacle Lighting to help and speed up the process. And Beth Rubinstein did her best. All goods came much earlier their lead time. We, Rbdelaa Lighting, and our customer are extremely happy and grateful to the Pinnacle Lighting team. Thank you very much!
