Lighting Design
Our lighting design services create functional, aesthetically pleasing environments that enhance architectural features while maintaining sustainability. We develop customized solutions for commercial, residential, and public spaces, ensuring optimal light distribution and energy efficiency. Our team integrates advanced technologies with creative approaches to meet both practical needs and artistic visions.
Urban Lighting
Urban lighting solutions transform public spaces into safe, inviting environments after dark. We design streetscape lighting that balances community needs with environmental considerations, creating cohesive nighttime experiences in parks, plazas, and commercial districts. Our approach prioritizes pedestrian comfort while minimizing ecological impact through dark skies-compliant fixtures.
Transportation Lighting
Transportation lighting designs address complex requirements for roadways, bridges, and transit hubs. We create safe, maintainable systems that meet regulatory standards while enhancing visibility for all users. Our expertise includes adaptive lighting controls and energy-efficient solutions for highways, pedestrian tunnels, and multimodal transportation centers across the United States.
Daylighting Design
Daylighting strategies maximize natural illumination while controlling glare and heat gain. We analyze building orientation, fenestration patterns, and interior layouts to optimize light distribution. Our solutions reduce energy consumption while creating healthier, more productive environments through carefully balanced integration of natural and artificial lighting systems.
Dark Skies Lighting
Dark skies-compliant lighting preserves natural nighttime environments while maintaining safety. We design shielded fixtures that direct light downward, reducing skyglow and protecting wildlife habitats. Our approach meets International Dark-Sky Association standards while ensuring functional illumination for communities near protected areas and observatories.
